As an Adobe - Marketo+ AJO Associate you will support client projects focused on business application consulting, helping clients use Salesforce-based marketing tools to improve operational efficiency and day-to-day execution. As an Associate you will contribute to client engagement work, adapt to changing priorities, learn from a variety of teams and clients, and take ownership of assigned tasks while building your professional brand within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, support software implementation, assist with training and support activities, and apply a learning mindset while developing your knowledge of Adobe Marketo and AJO solutions.

Supporting client implementation and enhancement efforts for Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions
•
Analyzing marketing automation requirements and helping translate them into functional system configurations
•
Contributing to campaign setup, audience segmentation, and workflow testing across sales and marketing platforms
•
Assisting with application administration tasks, data validation, and issue triage during project delivery
•
Participating in requirements gathering sessions and documenting process flows, user stories, and configuration details
•
Applying Salesforce knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related business application integrations
•
Developing training materials and user support resources to help clients adopt new functionality
•
Gathering input from stakeholders and using research to identify process improvements and implementation gaps
