Job Description
Our JB’s Cafe offers a great range of food and beverages, a variety of which is prepared on-site each day. From homemade sweets to a range of salads, there’s something for everyone. At JB’s, we pride ourselves on offering a setting for customers to enjoy.
We have two casual Cafe Assistant positions available. You will be working Front of House alongside our experienced Hospitality Team, providing exceptional service to our customers, and able to multitask ensuring our customers always have a warm and welcoming experience. You will be a dynamic individual: open to clearing down tables; assisting on the coffee machine or POS; helping back of house; and assist with occasional open and close shifts alongside the team.

Requirements
The successful applicants will have:

Previous customer service experience - essential
•
Experience working in a busy café environment - essential
•
Experience assisting with food and baking preparation - essential
•
Barista skills - essential
•
Knowledge of POS systems.
•
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
•
Has a high level of presentation.
•
A can-do attitude, be flexible and a great team player.
•
Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
Additional Information
These are casual roles working across the week Monday to Sunday.
