Team Overview
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage TPMs embedded across LATAM product lines and platforms
Act as the regional subject matter expert on systems, architecture, data flows, and integration patterns
Translate LATAM business priorities into technical strategy and measurable execution plans
Represent LATAM in global forums, planning, and prioritization discussions
Drive delivery discipline: PDLC governance, Definition of Ready/Done, dependency and risk management
Own portfolio prioritization and capacity planning across regional initiatives
Oversee launch readiness, market adoption, and post-launch stabilization across LATAM markets
Build trusted relationships with regional CIOs, business leaders, engineering, and architecture teams This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
