Compensation Snapshot
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your experience, automation capability, AI proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives
Monthly KPI-based incentives tied to automation quality, business impact, operational improvements, innovation, AI implementation, and measurable productivity gains.

About the Role
As our AI Business Automation Specialist, you’ll design, build, test, document, deploy, and continually improve AI-first business automations across multiple platforms and departments.
You’ll work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical teams to eliminate repetitive work and create scalable operational systems.
This role requires equal strengths in technical thinking, business analysis, communication, documentation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
We’re looking for an exceptional automation specialist who combines technical capability with business thinking and operational excellence.
You should have:

4+ years of experience designing and implementing business automations.
•
Experience with modern no-code or low-code automation platforms.
•
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design.
•
Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
•
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
•
Outstanding organizational skills.
•
Exceptional attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
AI-First Automation Experience
We’re specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout automation development.
Experience using AI for:

Workflow design

Benefits
Compensation
Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your automation expertise, AI capability, technical proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.
