Work Environment/Physical Demands/Position Type and Expected Work Time
· Work is performed in a combination of office settings and active construction job sites, including commercial, industrial, and mission critical/data center environments
· Regular interaction with field operations, requiring routine site visits to support coordination, documentation, and project progress tracking
· Exposure to typical construction conditions including noise, dust, confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions when on-site
· Must comply with all company and site-specific safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, and appropriate footwear
· May require occasional travel to local or regional project sites based on project needs
· Work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods while working in both office and active construction environments
· Ability to traverse uneven terrain, climb stairs and ladders, and access various areas of construction sites safely
· Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment up to 25 pounds
· Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer, handle documents, and perform routine office tasks
· Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing with project teams, vendors, and clients
· Ability to visually review drawings, specifications, and project documentation, including close and distance vision
· Must be able to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting job sites
· Ability to work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, and other typical construction site conditions
