About the opportunity
This position is dedicated to supporting QIAGEN’s QIAstat-Dx instrument and chemistries in the field.
Support will include instrument installations, customer training, evaluation monitoring, routine customer follow up, on-site troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and other pre- and post-sale technical support in the assigned territory.
Your profile
•
Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or equivalent. Master’s degree in molecular biology or a related field desirable.

2-5 years of clinical lab experience, and/or 2-5 years within a field-based customer support function.
•
Deep knowledge of wet lab molecular biology methods/techniques in a clinical lab setting. Some familiarity with NGS applications would be helpful.

Experience with CRM software (particularly Salesforce.com) highly desirable

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
