Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Technical Office Engineer (Equipment), who will be based in our site Office.
Job Description
•
Review and interpret GA drawings, equipment layout drawings, vendor drawings, datasheets, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
•
Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, material submittals, lifting plans (as applicable), RFIs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
•
Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, QA/QC, vendors, and planning teams to resolve technical issues related to equipment installation.
•
Ensure equipment installation complies with ADNOC standards, project specifications, OEM requirements, and applicable international codes (API, ASME, ISO).
•
Review equipment installation procedures, alignment requirements, grouting, torque values, preservation requirements, and commissioning documentation.
•
Monitor engineering revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings and vendor documents are available for construction.
•
Review Material Take-Offs (MTOs), equipment specifications, and support procurement during material and equipment evaluation.
•
Coordinate with Document Control to maintain engineering records and ensure proper document revision control.
•
Participate in constructability reviews and provide technical solutions to support safe and efficient installation.
•
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, mechanical completion, and preparation of as-built documentation and handover dossiers.
•
Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
Additional Information
