About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join a growing engineering team, delivering network projects, customer support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across modern Cisco environments.
You will work across customer environments of varying size and complexity, taking ownership of technical issues, support queues, project activities, customer communication, and documentation. The role provides strong opportunities to expand your capabilities across solution design, network automation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging Cisco technologies.
Success in the role will be reflected through strong customer outcomes, effective ticket and project management, clear communication, independent ownership, and contributions to automation and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Deliver network and security projects across the Cisco portfolio, including Meraki and Catalyst environments.
•
Design, implement, and support routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions.
•
Monitor support queues and manage incidents through to resolution.
•
Troubleshoot customer network environments and provide business-as-usual operational support.
•
Build and maintain trusted customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
•
Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards.
•
Use AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to enhance day-to-day workflows.
•
Contribute to automation and AI initiatives, including API integrations, tooling, and workflow improvements.
•
Develop reusable troubleshooting and operational documentation for customers and internal teams.
•
Contribute to customer satisfaction, effective project delivery, operational improvements, automation initiatives, and broader team capability uplift.
