Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Overseas Support
•
Act as the primary English-speaking technical contact for overseas clients, resolving PCBA debugging, repair, and usage issues via email, video calls, or on-site visits (up to 30% travel).
•
Gather feedback on PCBA performance and support services, sharing insights with teams to optimize products and services.
PCBA Debugging & Repair
•
Independently debug and repair faulty PCBA products using professional tools, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
•
Document debugging and repair processes to build a shared knowledge base for the team, even with digitalization/AI solutions.
•
Proficient with CMW500, Spectrum Analyzer, PowerSensor, IQView equipment to detect the root case. 熟练使用CMW500&频谱仪&Powersensor&IQV7iew等设备定位缺陷根因;
•
Provides repair/defect feedback to Mfg and engineering as well as recommendations for product improvements where possible
Capability Enhancement
•
Develop simplified training materials for PCBA debugging and repair tailored to overseas scenarios.
•
Lead monthly team skill-sharing sessions to elevate the team’s overall PCBA technical proficiency.
•
Track team capability improvements and propose targeted optimization plans.
•
Establish product manufacturability Repair CheckList to make sure project optimally design.建立产品可制造性维修基线,确保新品最优化设计;
Cross-Department Collaboration
•
Partner with R&D and production teams to address PCBA design or manufacturing issues.
•
Support overseas sales efforts with technical expertise for product demos and consultations.
Job Requirements
Professional Skills
•
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field, with solid PCBA design and manufacturing knowledge.
•
Proficient in PCBA debugging and repair, skilled in using testing tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
•
Fluent in English (written & verbal), able to communicate technical details clearly with overseas stakeholders.
•
Independently baseband&RF circuit modules knowledge for phones/tablets.扎实的手机/平板基带&RF电路基础知识
Work Experience
•
3+ years in PCBA technical support, debugging, or repair; 1+ year of overseas client support experience in manufacturing environment, including high volume manufacturing/repair experience.
•
Track record of improving team technical capabilities is a plus.
Soft Skills
•
Strong problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.
•
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent overseas travel.
•
Passion for continuous learning to keep up with PCBA technology trends.
•
Strong demonstrated ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
•
Demonstrated experience in re-engineering efforts and statistical analysis such as Six Sigma.
•
Demonstrated experience in ISO 9000 and quality reporting
•
Self sufficient PC skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Outlook, etc.
