Job Description:
The AI & Automation Support Analyst will drive and support enterprise-wide automation initiatives. This role will focus on desktop & enterprise automation, AI-driven process improvements, and intelligent automation solutions. The position also serves as a key liaison for transitioning projects from implementation to operational support and provides technical assistance for
both enterprise and niche applications. This is a highly technical and engineering-focused role that supports the university’s digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
AUTOMATION & ENGINEERING
• Design, develop, and implement desktop and intelligent automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, AI Builder, RPA, and Python.
• Lead application and data integration efforts to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automations for repetitive tasks across university systems.
• Serve as a technical expert in automation frameworks, scripting, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP).
