As a German-speaking Flight Ambassador, you’ll help make every passenger’s journey smooth from booking to boarding.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:

Responding to customers, travel agencies and corporate partners through different channels
•
Entering customer information to issue tickets and update reservations
•
Explaining travel rules and procedures before flights
•
Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets and reservation issues
•
Explaining applicable ticket fees and taxes
