CRANE SUPERVISORS WANTED
Lead the Shutdowns. Don’t Just Work Them.
At Freo Group, we’re building something different. We’re not just filling supervisory gaps for shutdowns. We’re building WA’s most trusted shutdown leadership team, experienced Supervisors who bring structure, calm under pressure, and the kind of leadership crews want to follow.
With a growing pipeline of shutdowns across the Pilbara, Goldfields and regional WA, we are seeking experienced Crane Supervisors who hold their S26 Supervisory Qualification and are ready to lead consistent, high-performing crews across multiple projects.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced Supervisors with:
•
S26 Supervisory Qualification (Essential)
•
High Risk Work Licence (relevant crane classes)
•
Proven shutdown and/or mining project experience
•
Strong ability to lead crews in high-pressure environments
•
Solid understanding of safe systems of work and lift planning
•
Excellent communication and coordination skills
•
Current Driver’s Licence
•
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
•
A practical, calm and solutions-focused leadership style
