We are currently seeking a Logistics Operations Team Leader who will play a crucial role in our growth while overseeing the operations of our logistics team. Responsibilities
•
Lead and manage a team of logistics operators/seniors (import & export), providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, proactively addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
•
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and shipping lines, proactively developing services/solutions that fit our customer base development.
•
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding shipping and freight forwarding.
•
Train, mentor, and support team members to foster their professional development.
•
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance within the department.
Requirements
•
High level of experience in freight forwarding (Dry, Reefer, and DG), with a strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.
•
Proven experience in managing a team, with excellent leadership and people management skills, and strong problems-solving acumen.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
•
Sound knowledge of freight forwarding software and systems.
•
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
