The Director of Engineering leads the engineering department, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of technical strategies. This role is responsible for managing engineering teams, aligning technical goals with business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products or solutions. The Engineering Director plays a key leadership role in scaling teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
