What you’ll do:
•
Play a critical role in guiding technical feature design.
•
Take ownership over understanding the business and operational problems at hand and how to best deliver solutions for the team.
•
Partner with business stakeholders to transform commercial ideas into tangible changes in the BEES application.
•
Put the customer first and move quickly in a dynamic business environment to architect simple but scalable solutions in collaboration with the Product organization and local Business Operations.
•
Evaluate and raise the bar for your technical team, participating in select code reviews and contributing to the code base directly when needed in order to facilitate increased efficiency and robustness.
•
Build out the team and grow their capabilities; mentor and develop engineering teams on best practices in development.
What you’ll need:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.

Relevant development experience; experience at a fast-paced tech company is a plus.
