As a SPM at JLL, you will lead and deliver complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish. You’ll develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets, oversee execution through construction completion, and coordinate seamlessly between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively, and creates an energized, collaborative environment. Your ability to manage relationships will enable seamless conflict resolution and development of strong client partnerships. You’ll manage large projects with meticulous attention to detail, track budgets & cashflow, coordinate vendor RFPs, oversee general contractor activities, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain comprehensive documentation and financial tracking.
