Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment to support the smooth running of the production process.
Job Description:
•
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance in accordance to the target time and results.
•
Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing electrical equipment is on schedule.
•
Maintain all work equipment and environment hygiene.
•
Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work.
•
Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur.
•
Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
•
Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP.
•
Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.)
•
Conduct improvements by modifying electrical equipment/machinery.
•
Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the electrical section.
•
Review, evaluate and submit monthly report.
•
Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.
Job Requirements:
Requirements
•
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field.
•
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment.
•
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
•
Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems.
•
Knowledge of electrical safety standards, quality management system and relevant certifications (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage.
•
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
