About the role
Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Sevenoaks salon.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.
Hours: Part-time - 27 hours - 3 days (includes weekend work)
Responsibilities
The Role
•
Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service
•
Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule
•
Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
•
Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
•
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
•
Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
•
Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•
Strong organisational and time management skills
•
Friendly, professional, and confident manner
•
Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage

Availability to work weekends
