Job Description
•
Work & drive operations on ground by bringing efficiencies in respective department allocated and be part of driving central projects for site.

Independently drive their specific projects end to end with relevant stakeholder management, Central Supply chain planning - Capacity & Operational Planning & Process Improvements
•
Innovative and motivated team to work within our leadership team at site and central supply chain team through projects.
•
Support strategic projects that allows you to have a real impact on the business.
•
Will be expected to quickly understand operations and able to drive independently and develop business understanding.
•
Challenge existing wisdom/ways of working and bring innovation
•
A self-starter with a keen interest in solving issues on the ground and bring efficiencies for the team and ensure team productivity and motivation.

Open to work in different time shifts as per business requirement.

To support and coordinate system and process enhancement related project
