Position Summary
The position of the Revisions Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client feedback and coordinating the revisions workflow of all language projects. This role focuses on analyzing post-delivery feedback, redelivering files according to the client expectations, and tracking revision data to support quality improvement initiatives.
Position responsibilities
•
Manage the entire revision workflow from feedback receipt to resolution in a fast-paced environment
•
Analyze the client feedback or edits on projects we deliver to identify their nature – objective vs. stylistic
•
Coordinate all the project phases with internal and external vendors and ensure timely delivery of revised content
•
Track and document all revision cases to identify trends and support quality metrics and reporting
•
Communicate professionally with sales staff to clarify client expectations and report on the revision outcomes
•
Provide clear, constructive feedback to linguists while maintaining excellent relationships with them
•
Work closely with Project Managers to understand original project context and requirements and provide them with constructive feedback and assistance
•
Monitor and control projects status
•
Manage project finances, including budgeting
•
Prepare and maintain project documentation
•
Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
Essential skills and experience required
•
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
•
University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
•
Detail orientation
•
Ability to meet deadlines
•
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•
Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
•
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage
