Safety Assistant Manger - Section Manager
What you will do
•
Ensure that all employees and company operations comply with applicable Environment, Health, and Safety laws and regulations.
•
Monitor and support the stability of basic public utilities within the plant, including plumbing systems and fire protection equipment.
•
Supervise nursing services and manage medical supplies to ensure readiness and compliance.
•
Conduct safety orientation and training for new employees; develop and maintain safety‑related training materials and onboarding programs.
•
Coordinate with suppliers to conduct risk assessments for machine installation and new equipment.
•
Liaise with external service providers for annual medical checkups, building audits, and other statutory inspections.
•
Investigate workplace accidents and injuries, analyze root causes, and report findings along with preventive and corrective actions to the management team.
•
Prepare and submit monthly safety summary reports in accordance with the business requirements.
•
Cooperate with second‑party and third‑party audit teams during internal and external site audits.
•
Organize and host internal and external safety meetings, including safety committees and contractor meetings.
•
Lead the execution, deployment, and continuous improvement of ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 across the plant.
•
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
