Competent in software specific to the client and agency processes including Microsoft Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel.

Ability to use AI platforms as an accelerant for brand needs and strategic deliverables.

Strong working knowledge in market research tools (search databases including SERMO, Datamonitor).
•
Strong working knowledge in social media platforms
•

Behavioral Science & Research
•
Strong foundation in behavioral science, including cognitive psychology, decision science, behavioral economics, and consumer psychology
•
Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies including ethnography, phenomenology, grounded theory, and in-depth interviewing
•
Understanding of quantitative and mixed-methods research approaches and when to apply them
•
Ability to identify behavioral barriers, motivations, habits, and decision drivers.
•
Ability to translate behavioral and research findings into actionable business recommendations.
•
Knowledge of behavioral research frameworks and models
•
The ability to adapt and create bespoke frameworks based in behavioral science, when appropriate
•
Ability to design research that captures behavioral nuance, motivations, barriers, and decision drivers
