What You Can Expect:
Key Responsibilities
•
Coordinate ocean import shipments, including FCL, LCL, and consolidation cargo.
•
Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries and shipment updates.
•
Liaise with overseas offices, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
•
Prepare, review, and manage shipping and import-related documentation.
•
Issue and verify documents such as Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders.
•
Maintain accurate shipment and customer data in the Transport Management System (TMS).
•
Support invoicing, shipment closing, and operational reporting activities.
•
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational issues.
•
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations
