Key Responsibilities
•
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
•
Lead project planning and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Track project progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and recommend recovery plans.
•
Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations.
•
Perform schedule analysis, earned value analysis, and resource planning.
•
Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
•
Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
•
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
•
Provide leadership and coaching to planning team members.
Qualifications & Experience
•
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or a related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
•
Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within infrastructure, transmission, substation, power, or construction projects.
•
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
•
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis methodologies, earned value management, and claims preparation.
•
