What You’ll Do
•
Support the CEO across strategy, business operations, fundraising, and investor communications — turning priorities into cross-functional execution.

Structure and run the research that drives decisions: market mapping, customer and competitive analysis, vendor evaluation, and operational trade-offs.
•
Prepare high-stakes materials — investor updates, financing and board decks, customer meetings, and leadership reviews.
•
Build the company’s operating backbone: trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and follow-up systems that keep execution on track.
•
Coordinate with external partners — customers, vendors, legal, finance, and banking.
What You Bring
•
3+ years in Chief of Staff, founder’s office, strategy & operations, consulting, banking/investing, or startup operations.
•
Experience in a fast-paced technology, AI, robotics, or hardware environment.
•
Sharp analytical judgment: you can structure ambiguous problems, weigh trade-offs, and sharpen leadership decisions.
•
Strong execution: you run multiple workstreams at once, coordinate stakeholders, hold the details, and drive projects to done.
•
Fluency with AI tools to compress research, drafting, analysis, and reporting — you reach for them by default, not as an afterthought.
•
Clear, concise communication: you turn complexity into materials that executives, investors, and customers can act on.
Nice to Have
•
Hands-on experience with fundraising, board materials, due diligence, or investor relations.
•
Familiarity with legal, finance/accounting, tax, insurance, or C-corp governance and operations.
•
Prior experience as a founder, early startup operator, or in another high-growth environment.
•
Genuine excitement about robotics and physical AI.
