About the role
AI is changing how software gets built and how companies run, and we’re at the front of it. We’re hiring a Software Engineer to own direction and architecture on our AI Operations Engineering team. Suno is scaling incredibly fast and our job is to unlock growth for operations areas like music ops, support, legal, finance, and beyond with workflows, tooling, and intelligent agents.
What You’ll Do
•
Build agents, workflows, and custom tools that let non-engineering teams handle more without adding headcount
•
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, making the call on what to buy and what to build
•
Contribute to and empower stakeholders on our self-service app deployment platform
•
Design and implement new patterns for internal APIs, auth and MCP building and extending beyond our Django monolith.
•
Integrate and scale customer experience systems built around third parties like Zendesk.
•
Partner with customer experience, legal, finance, people, and content ops to source new challenges

Work Location Policy
This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week, per Suno’s company policy. Full-time employees will receive competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
