Your Role:
As the Key Account Manager – Education you own FF EAI Robotics revenue in the education ecosystem of your state region: K-12 school districts, universities, community colleges, and adult & career education programs. You will replicate FF’s proven education deployment playbook, drive adoption of Navi and Aegis EDU / Master EDU platforms with curriculum offerings, and are accountable for unit sales, average selling price and total revenue, and positive per-unit contribution margin.
Responsibilities:
•
Develop and close opportunities with school districts, universities, and education institutions across the assigned state region
Replicate FF’s education success-case playbook (deployment + teacher training + curriculum) and build at least one referenceable lighthouse account in the region
•
Bundle robotics hardware with FF course/curriculum offerings and coordinate course-sales KPIs with the education pillar
•
Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM with per-lead Jira tracking; meet the 48-hour first-touch SLA on assigned leads
•
Partner with the regional FAE on demonstrations, pilots, and deployments; coordinate with the PAR Development Manager on dealer-served education accounts
•
Provide monthly forecast inputs to the UES 3-month rolling forecast process
Basic Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Engineering, or related field
•
5+ years of B2B sales experience selling technology or STEM/EdTech products into K-12 districts or higher education
•
Demonstrated knowledge of US public-education procurement and funding mechanisms (Perkins, ESSER-type funds, STEM grants)
•
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas with margin accountability
•
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Existing relationships with district CTOs/CIOs, CTE program directors, or education resellers
•
Experience selling robotics, maker-space, or AI curriculum solutions
•
Familiarity with cooperative purchasing contracts and state education procurement portals
