Job Description
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing and leading the delivery of customer infrastructure solutions within the professional services organization. This role develops implementation plans, mentors delivery engineers, and ensures successful project execution.
To be successful in this role, the Senior Infrastructure Engineer must have a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to customer interaction and time management. Robust interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach are essential. While teamwork is expected, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Responsibilities
•
Coordinate with the pre-sales engineering team to validate the solution.
•
Lead architectural design and planning for customer projects.
•
Develop deployment plans and technical documentation for mid-level engineers.
•
Review and approve deployments performed by mid-level engineers.
•
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
•
Collaborate with project managers and customers to align solutions with requirements.
•
Participate in customer architecture discussions and technical reviews.
•
Maintain required vendor certifications.
Travel Requirements
•
Ability to travel up to 45% of the time for post-sales implementation at customer sites.
Required Knowledge and Experience
•

The base salary range listed for this role reflects the expected compensation for candidates located in Canada. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for additional incentive compensation based on performance.
