The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of complex hydraulic structures projects. This role blends advanced technical expertise with people leadership—ensuring both project success and team growth. In this role, you will develop science-based engineering solutions that integrate infrastructure with the natural environment, supporting water retention and storage systems, conveyance structures, flow control and regulation systems, safety and measurement structures, and the rehabilitation of critical water infrastructure including fisheries and hydropower projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and oversee projects from concept through design and into construction.
