YOUR ROLE
About the role
For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its Business Units, we are looking for a Senior UX Writer Designer.
You will integrate the Design Team of the Edenred+ factory, gathering 300 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.
Your main missions & challenges will be:
•
Write and optimize UX content to ensure an optimal experience across our digital ecosystem B2B and B2C (web, mobile, apps)
•
Work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and program stakeholders
•
Quickly understand business and user requirements in complex product ecosystem, adapting seamlessly to different products, audiences and usage contexts
•
Leverage user feedback, analytics, and testing to continuously iterate on and improve user journeys
•
Maintain and enhance our Content Design System as an integral part of the overall Design System
•
Take an active part in design rituals (Design Critique, Design Review, Design Day, etc.)
•
Ensure liaison with local teams responsible for translation
YOUR PROFILE
