About the role
The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications. Focusing on Analytic, Data Science and Business Intelligence . You will have the opportunity to work all business functions and with our Data & Analytics experts across the world and multiple operating companies.
This position reports to the Senior Director Data Engineering and is part of the Data Engineering Team and will be fully remote in US or on-site in Krakow, Poland.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
•
Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements
•
Translate these business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team.
•
Prioritize these user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases for the team to implement
•
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
•
Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption>
The essential requirements of the job include:
•
5-7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments.
•
Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL, with hands-on experience leveraging Snowflake and Power BI to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives…

Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence

The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
