Job Description
•
Drive design strategy within your area of focus
•
Design, prototype, and develop elegant solutions for our mobile and web apps
•
Identify user needs, sketch solutions, build prototypes
•
Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications
•
Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the features on Twitter app and website
•
Work with cross-functional partners in Engineering and Product to bring consistency, simplicity, and ease-of-use to the Twitter experience
•
Evangelize best design practices to other designers, engineers, and product managers
Qualifications
•
7+ years of product design experience building products in a complex, cross-functional organization
•
An online portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design solutions with strong user experience, visual and interaction design skills that include mobile apps and responsive websites
