Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain high-availability, scalable applications within a modern cloud-enabled environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem and the ability to actively contribute to architectural and design decisions while mentoring team members.
You will be expected to contribute not only through hands-on development but also by improving team effectiveness and delivery outcomes. This includes pursuing continuous self-improvement, fostering innovation, and promoting best practices to enhance productivity and software quality. You are encouraged to contribute beyond formal responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and creativity within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
The role operates within a collaborative and professional technology team focused on delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing payments processing solutions. The emphasis is on structured, timely delivery of high-quality technology outcomes that meet or exceed company standards.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•
Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and the .NET/.NET Core platform.
•
Build and enhance APIs and services using ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC).
•
Prepare and maintain documentation of applications and systems.
•
Maintain and continuously improve code quality and optimize application performance, collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to support efficient and effective testing.
•
Contribute to architectural design discussions and influence system design decisions to ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
•
Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment).
•
Mentor and guide team members and review code to ensure adherence to best practices.
•
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner.
•
Deliver outcomes that minimize operational impact and improve the stability of enterprise applications.
•
Ensure applications meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.
•
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including automation and AI-assisted development tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
