Responsibilities
•
Perform cleaning duties throughout the properties, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
•
Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and attention to detail in all assigned areas.
•
Replenish supplies, amenities, and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
•
Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with guests.
•
Assist with laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding.
•
Handle guests’ requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
•
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Requirements
•
Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
•
Physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks.
•
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
