Job Description:
•
Perform installation and configuration of applications, operating systems, and end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobility devices.
•
Conduct preventive maintenance of IT equipment including hardware inspection, software updates, and internal cleaning of computers and data racks.
•
Support branch device deployment activities including setup, configuration, asset tagging, and verification of device readiness.
•
Perform physical inventory checking of IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobility devices to ensure proper documentation and condition monitoring.
•
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues including internet access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and device performance evaluation.
•
Assist users in performing data backup procedures and verifying file storage in approved platforms such as Google Drive.
•
Install and configure network devices such as access points and ensure proper placement for optimal signal coverage.
•
Perform operating system migrations (e.g., Windows 10 to Windows 11) and support security software migrations such as endpoint protection solutions.
•
Conduct data cabinet grooming and ensure proper arrangement and management of network equipment and cabling.
•
Receive, document, and manage IT equipment deliveries ensuring proper asset tagging and inventory updates.
Requirements
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
•
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field technical support roles.
