Your mission & challenges
You’ll take ownership of building and ensuring robust product and process quality for the humanoid robot 4NE1 – from prototype through to industrialization into series production.
Your responsibilities:

Own product and process quality for the 4NE1
•
Handle customer complaints and build a structured complaint management system
•
Plan and conduct product, process, and supplier audits
•
Create and maintain inspection plans, control plans, PFMEA, and quality standards
•
Build a central quality database and a lessons-learned system
•
Introduce a Quality Management Board with daily quality routines
