Job Description
About the role
Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects.
•
Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery
•
Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and ensure compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001
•
Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders
•
Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery
•
Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and track status in project management tools
Qualifications
•
Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree, NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum), and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum)
•
Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with coating field knowledge
•
