Physiotherapist - MSK & Rehabilitation Interest | Perth, WA
About the company
A small, evidence based physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates clinic, not a high volume mill. If you’d rather build real relationships with a manageable caseload than churn through 20 minute slots all day, this one’s worth a read.
About the practice
•
Evidence based physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation, delivered in a boutique clinic setting
•
Multiple funding pathways supported, Medicare EPC, NDIS, private health and HICAPS
•
Small, close knit clinic structure, the kind of place where you’re a name, not a number
•
Established local reputation with a genuinely loyal client base
What you’ll be doing
•
Assessing and treating a broad musculoskeletal and rehabilitation caseload
•
Delivering exercise prescription and Clinical Pilates based rehab programs
•
Supporting clients across a range of funding pathways, including Medicare EPC and NDIS
•
Keeping clear, accurate clinical documentation and communicating with referrers where relevant
•
Getting properly involved in the day to day running of a small clinic, not just the treatment room
What we’re looking for
•
Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration (or eligibility to register)
•
Genuine interest in musculoskeletal care and broader rehabilitation work
•
Comfortable across a mixed caseload and different funding pathways, including NDIS
•
Confidence with (or willingness to learn) clinic scheduling and day to day practice operations
•
Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly
•
1-2 years of private practice experience, with a genuine interest in continuing to develop clinically
What’s on offer
•
Competitive salary reflective of experience
•
Close, hands-on mentoring in a small clinic environment rather than getting lost in a big team
•
Genuine variety across musculoskeletal and rehabilitation presentations
•
Room to grow into the practice as it develops
•
Supportive, low pressure clinic culture
Location
Based in the Inglewood area of Perth, close to a lively café and dining strip, easy access into the CBD, and a strong local allied health scene along the same stretch.
