Responsibilities & Qualifications

· Contribute to a wide range of engineering and planning services, including crash analyses, program management, and design reviews, from Concept Development through Final Design.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape safer, more inclusive transportation networks.

What You’ll Do:
· Serve as in-house augment staff providing guidance on State, county, and municipal projects.
· Conduct crash analyses and develop data-driven safety recommendations.
· Support and manage safety-focused programs and initiatives.
· Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordination.
· Experience with NJDOT Roadway Design Guide, MUTCD, AASHTO Green Book

Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $74,400 - $111,600 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
