Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.
Salary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)
About the role
The Program Management Analyst III supports the Navy by providing advanced program analysis, reporting, and coordination across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering task areas. This role focuses on performance tracking, cost/schedule analysis, and supporting program execution to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and mission objectives.
Essential Functions:
•
Analyze program performance across cost, schedule, and technical metrics to support program execution and decision-making.
•
Develop and maintain program reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and Government stakeholders.
•
Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and contract deliverables.
•
Track program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies in coordination with program leadership.
•
Support planning and coordination of program activities across multiple task areas.
•
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, program processes, and reporting standards.
•
Assist with resource planning, staffing coordination, and workload tracking.
•
Coordinate with technical teams (IT, network, cybersecurity, engineering) to gather and validate program data.
•
Support audits, inspections, and program reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
•
Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Required:
•
5–7 years of experience in program management, project control, or related field.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•

•
