As a Cardiovascular Surgeon you will:
• Provide the full scope of cardiovascular services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
• Serve as a member of the team and expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals and objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them.
• Have expertise in complex Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), Minimally invasive valve repair/replacement, and all trans catheter structural heart procedures.
• Have preferred advanced training or completed Structural Heart Fellowship qualifications for Surgical Director of Structural Heart Program
• Be current in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting techniques including, on/off-pump, and multiple-arterial revascularization
• Arrhythmia surgery and catheter based interventions
• ECMO expertise and experience
• Critical Care ICU patient management
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment; including heart team decision making and shared patient care management
• Ability to work with consultants, APP, and nursing staff as a team with shared patient care management.
