About the role
Are you passionate about Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation? Join Huron and help organisations modernise their HR processes and technologies while developing your consulting expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
•
Support the design and implementation of HCM solutions across key HR processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
•
Participate in the implementation of leading HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
•
Assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and client meetings.
•
Document business processes, functional requirements, and solution designs.
•
Support system configuration, testing activities, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
•
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
•
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and client presentation materials.
•
Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and continuously develop HCM and consulting expertise.
Qualifications
