About the role
The Marketing team hosts the storytellers of adjoe’s innovation. We turn complex adtech solutions – rooted in data and strategy – into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond. Through our events, visual design, and strategic content, we take adjoe’s vision at the intersection of technology, user engagement, and marketing and make it tangible. All while building a community of forward-thinking industry leaders around our brand.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
Responsibilities

Enterprise GTM Architecture: You will architect and execute our global, enterprise-ready go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We need someone who has guided at least two previous Tech or SaaS companies through the lifecycle journey from Start-up to Scale-up and Maturity, specifically navigating scale within the $500M to $5B range.

Lean, Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: You will direct and develop a high-performing, agile team of approximately 20 professionals across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, Content Writing, and Graphic Design. Instead of managing large, siloed departments, you will foster a culture of ownership and stay close to both the high-level strategy and the people executing it.

Commercial & Product Alignment: You will bridge the gap between product innovation and commercial execution to ensure our positioning captures and retains high-value enterprise accounts. This means translating complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives that align global product strategy with commercial sales enablement.

Global & Regional Collaboration: You will serve as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Regional Leadership to drive localized demand generation while maintaining consistent brand messaging. You must bring deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and international localization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

US Ecosystem Expertise: You will optimize our positioning and distribution to generate enterprise demand by leveraging a strong familiarity with the American technology ecosystem and buyer psychology. Your understanding of enterprise SaaS and AdTech marketing playbooks will directly drive our up-market transformation.

Data-Driven Brand Optimization: You will establish clear data frameworks to measure brand sentiment, pipeline contribution, and the ROI of global marketing initiatives. This requires an equal comfort level analyzing pipeline data, CAC, and LTV metrics as you have guiding brand positioning and creative storytelling.
