Role: Inside Channel Sales Account Manager
Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in Italy.
You would act as a key team member supporting channel partners enabling strong partner engagement and driving small end-user direct touch contributing to regional sales growth too.
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Channel Sales Account Manager, you will:

Collaborate with Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships
•
Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities
•
Prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners
•
Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers
•
Maintain accurate records of sales pro-activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce
•
Participate in ongoing learning and development to gain knowledge of Fortinet’s products and services
•
Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications:
We Are Looking For: An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
•
Comfortable working with people and building relationships in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting
•
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
•
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, email tools, and standard computer systems
•
A positive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn
•
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or proactive lead generation and outbound sales roles is a plus but not essential
•
An interest in technology and/or cybersecurity is welcomed

This role is governed by the applicable CCNL, including its classification, minimum salary levels and pay progression rules, and benefit. In line with EU pay transparency requirements, remuneration is determined based on objective factors, including the relevant National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), the specific job profile, and seniority level. The target gross annual salary (RAL - Retribuzione Annua Lorda) for this position is expected to range between €35,000 and €45,000. The exact salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and specific geographic location/work arrangements. We do not request or consider salary history at any stage of the recruitment process.
