About the role
HSHS/Prevea is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team to work in our Northern Market area (Marinette, Oconto or Oconto Falls - dependent on where candidate/new hire is located). Ideal candidates are patient focused and mission driven looking for an opportunity to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functional independence through therapeutic interventions.

• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Part time, 32 hrs/wk, days 8am-4:30pm, no weekends or on call
• Facility: Prevea
• Locations: Oconto, Marinette, Oconto Falls, WI

Education Qualifications
•
Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
Experience Qualifications

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
•
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
•
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
•
Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
