Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of facial and body procedures intended to increase, improve or maintain the appearance and health of human skin. These are including but not limited to the following: Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Hydrafacials, Diamond Glow treatments.
•
Performing consultations and recommend skin care products.
•
Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded.
•
Having knowledge of cosmetic procedures performed in office and make appropriate referrals to our providers.
•
Educating patients on skin care and offering custom treatment plans for their individual needs both in the office and a home care regimen as well.
•
Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area.
•
Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols
Qualifications
•
Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
•
Must be friendly, professional and well organized with attention to detail.
•
Knowledgeable in different skin care treatments and products
Job Type:
•
Full-time: Must be available to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm
Experience:
•
1+ year of Medical Aesthetician experience (Required)
Education:
•
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications/Licenses:
•
Must be licensed in Maryland
•
Must be Certified from an Accredited Aesthetic School
