Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, HMIs, and automation equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures and implement effective corrective actions.
Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic and control systems when required.
Execute equipment inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
