As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you help drive pipeline, revenue, and brand growth by executing and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns for EMEA markets from our São Paulo hub, while helping to build the operations, reporting and AI foundations that support the global Performance Marketing team. You are a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys working in the platforms, turning campaign plans into high-quality execution, and continuously testing and optimising to improve performance. You partner closely with EMEA Performance Marketing Managers who own the strategy; your primary focus is to execute those strategies accurately and efficiently, surface insights from the data, and keep our campaigns running smoothly. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Performance Marketing - EMEA. Responsibility Build, document and continuously improve processes, workflows and checklists that help the global Performance Marketing team operate efficiently and consistently Partner with Marketing Operations, Analytics and other operational support teams to design smarter ways of working, reduce manual steps and improve data quality Identify opportunities to use AI tools, automations and templates to remove bottlenecks, increase speed, and enable the team to scale best practices across regions Execute paid media campaigns for EMEA markets across channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, StackAdapt, Demandbase, Meta and more Implement media plans provided by Performance Marketing Managers, including campaign builds, trafficking, QA, and go-live checks Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly, and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives within agreed guardrails to improve efficiency and hit performance targets Partner with creative, content, and campaign orchestration teams to request and traffic assets, ensuring the right creatives are mapped to the right audiences, offers, and landing pages Track campaign pacing and flag over/under-spend early, working with Performance Marketing Managers to reallocate budgets where needed Help maintain campaign hygiene across platforms (for example, naming conventions, URL parameters, negative lists, brand safety settings) to ensure consistent execution and reporting Assist with the implementation and troubleshooting of marketing technologies such as advertising pixels, 3rd party tags, audience segments and tracking parameters, in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics Keep up to date on platform best practices and surface relevant changes (for example, new formats, targeting options, or policy updates) to the wider Performance Marketing team Support experimentation programmes by setting up A/B tests (creative, audience, landing page), ensuring experiments are configured correctly, and documenting results Pull campaign data from multiple sources (for example, ad platforms, dashboards, internal BI tools) to support regular reporting to stakeholders Build performance views and monitoring dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets and advanced reporting tools such as Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Tableau and Hex, and contribute to readouts for partners in Regional Marketing, Sales, and Growth Marketing leadership Highlight trends, anomalies and opportunities from campaign performance and escalate to Performance Marketing Managers with clear next-step recommendations Use AI and automation tools to reduce manual work in campaign setup, QA and reporting (for example, bulk sheet generation, naming checks, first-pass insights) Suggest opportunities where AI workflows or templates could make recurring tasks faster or less error-prone, and partner with the team to test and adopt them Contribute to team documentation (for example, checklists, playbooks, and how-to guides) so that best practices are easy to follow and scale across markets
