Job Summary
Responsible for performing complex strategic analysis for the Transmission Development team including: researching and performing competitive and market analysis, evaluating new business models, performing financial analysis and modeling, supporting business responsibilities associated with current and potential future strategic investments, supporting development of annual business plans, strategic recommendations, business tactics, operational and financial improvement, and preparation of management presentations.
Overall purpose of this broad role is to support the Transmission Development team to enhance shareholder value through coordinating execution plans for growth opportunities, implementing processes to invest and manage risk, coordinating multi-disciplinary groups (i.e., operating companies, commercial teams, planning, regulatory, communications, accounting, tax, finance, etc.) for Transmission development requirements and goals.
