The Principal Commercial Specialist may lead functional teams and is recognized as a subject matter expert within the Commercial Function. In addition to deep commercial expertise, the role requires a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will proactively adopt and utilize modern technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and digital collaboration tools, to improve commercial outcomes, generate actionable insights, strengthen competitive positioning, and enhance the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of bid submissions and commercial deliverables. The individual must possess in-depth expertise in Commercial and broad knowledge of the Commercial Discipline while actively promoting data-driven and technology-enabled decision-making across the business.
